We value and embrace joy and happiness throughout the school. We believe that joy enables deeper, meaningful and connected learning. We celebrate all of our accomplishments and diversity - both the big things and the little wins.  Everyone is capable of joy!

We are kind to each other, ask for help when needed and help those in need. We treat others, as we would like to be treated. We build meaningful relationships with all Umana community members. We take care of work, projects, or duties whether assigned or voluntary. We use kind words and we forgive each other. We keep our word and take ownership of our behavior to ensure a safe learning environment.
